</idCitation>
<idAbs>The Bush Fire Prone Areas designated on 01/06/2017 dataset (OBRM-009) highlights new additions to the bush fire prone areas of Western Australia as designated by the Fire and Emergency Services (FES) Commissioner on 1 June 2017. The four month transition period for these areas has now concluded. For these areas, additional planning and building requirements applied to development on and from 1 October 2017. This overlay should be used in conjunction with Bush Fire Prone Areas 2017 (OBRM-008) dataset, which identifies all bush fire prone areas of Western Australia as designated by the Fire and Emergency Services (FES) Commissioner on 1 June 2017.
Please be advised of a supplementary designation of bush fire prone areas within the Shire of Esperance on 12 July 2017. Refer dataset Bush Fire Prone Areas designated on 12-07-2017 (OBRM-010).
