For these areas, additional planning and building requirements may apply to development on and from 1 October 2019. This overlay should be used in conjunction with Bush Fire Prone Areas 2019 (OBRM-013) dataset, which identifies all bush fire prone areas of Western Australia as designated by the Fire and Emergency Services (FES) Commissioner on 1 June 2019.
